E. coli Recall List

Escherichia coli (E. coli) O157:H7 and other Shiga toxin-producing strains can cause severe foodborne illness. Common sources include undercooked ground beef, raw milk, contaminated produce, and contaminated water.

Who is at risk?

E. coli infections can cause severe stomach cramps, bloody diarrhea, and vomiting. In some cases, it can lead to hemolytic uremic syndrome (HUS), a life-threatening condition that can cause kidney failure.
