WASHINGTON, May 6, 2017 Perdue Foods LLC., a Gainesville, Ga. establishment, is recalling approximately 2,148 pounds of chicken sausage products that may be contaminated with extraneous materials, the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
