This week's most serious recalls

We tracked 14 recalls this week. Three stand out as the most serious threats to families and households.

Cosyland Children's Tower Stools Recall — Entrapment and Fall Hazard poses a critical risk to young children. The stools can collapse, tip over, or trap children through openings in the front and back. Kids using these stools face serious injury or worse. If your child uses a Cosyland tower stool (models CS0003 or CS0092-4), stop using it right away.

LiCB Lithium Coin Batteries Recall — Ingestion Hazard affects small batteries sold without child-resistant packaging or proper warning labels. When children swallow these batteries, they can cause severe internal burns or death. Check toys and devices in your home for loose or accessible coin batteries.

Agio Menlo Woven Patio Swings Recall — Fall Hazard Risk affects swings sold at Costco. The seat can detach during use, causing serious injury or death. Anyone using these swings should stop immediately and contact the manufacturer.

Recall trends this month

This week we saw 14 recalls—four more than last week. The most common cause across all recalls this month has been undeclared allergens. These hidden allergens put people with food sensitivities and allergies at serious risk. Always read product labels carefully, and if you have a known allergy, contact the manufacturer directly if you're unsure about ingredients.
